To confirm your event date, a 50% deposit and a signed contract must be received by South Florida Events.
South Florida Events recommends booking your event 12-18 months in advance, when possible. If it’s not possible and you’re having a last minute event, we can often make magic happen on short notice, so never hesitate to call us.
Absolutely! One of the event planning services we offer includes securing your venue for you.
Client must call South Florida Events to confirm the number of guests and give a final head count at least five (5) days prior to the event. It is strongly recommended, that you receive your initial proposal from South Florida Events based on the lowest number of people that you reasonably expects to attend the event. You can always increase the final head count, but cannot decrease it.
If more than the number of guests specified attend your event, you’ll be billed at the price per person quoted, and will need to pay this amount the day of the event.
